Finding a lost pet is not an easy task, usually when they are lost they get scared and assume survival and self-preservation behaviors, walking long distances and avoiding contact with people who try to approach or catch them.
Most pets that get lost in urban areas stay at a distance ranging from a few hundred meters to an average of 15km from the point where they got lost.
That is why it is important to act quickly in the searches or, if there are no people and time available, we are available to help you.
After contracting our service, we now have full control of search procedures and methods at all times, which will be guided according to the indications that the search dogs give us during the course of the operation.
Before Hiring
The question we hear the most is "Can the sniffer dog find the scent of my missing pet after how long?"
In general, we can answer that the greatest margin of success is in cases with searches initiated within 24-72 hours of disappearance, however it is important to emphasize that even the disappearance occurring beyond the 24-72 hour window, the pet may be circulating around the region and there is a high chance that we will still find its scent.
Conditions that may affect the search
The displacement of scent particles is a science, but search dogs, the behavior of the missing pet, the time of disappearance, the climate and the environment where the pet was lost are some of the variables that can change the result of any search.

Payment can be made via PIX (Real), account deposit (Dollar, Euro or Pound Sterling), debit card or credit card (in installments with additional fees).

Location Guarantee
We do not offer guarantees of the location of the pet, but we guarantee that every effort will be made to explore all possible avenues and, at the very least, restrict a search perimeter where the pet may be and the places where it certainly will not be.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is requested before the start of the team's journey, 10% of the requested package value will be charged in return for administrative costs and date reservation.
- If cancellation is requested and the team has already started the trip, the amount proportional to the trip made will be charged.
Important informations
If you intend to hire our service, using gloves or a plastic bag, collect toys, beds, blankets, bowls and other items for the exclusive use of the missing pet and do not let other animals or people touch these items. These objects are possible smell articles to be used in a search.
Search dogs need rest and at no time are we going to jeopardize their health by forcing them to work longer than is safe time.
A quote request is not a guarantee of fulfillment. Services are scheduled according to weather and geographic conditions and the availability of our teams.
Depending on the location of the disappearance, additional travel fees may be charged. Our team informs the additional amount before contracting the service and payment must be made via PIX (Real) or deposit into account (Dollar, Euro or Sterling Pound) before the start of the team's displacement.

HIRING
1. Request a quote
Fill out the quote questionnaire for our team to assess the feasibility of the search, service forecast and possible service fees.
2. Contact for approval
After sending the quote questionnaire, our team will contact you, preferably via WhatsApp, to inform you of the feasibility of the search, service forecast and possible additional fees for the service.
3. Validation of the request
If you agree with the conditions, schedules and any additional costs of the service, the search schedule is confirmed.
SERVICE
1. Evaluation
After scheduling, our operational team that will carry out the service will contact you to confirm information, in order to draw up the service strategy.
2. Scent article
On the day and time set, our operational team requests and evaluates the object for your pet's exclusive use, which will be offered as the smell that our sniffer dog should look for. In case the article listed by the family is not ideal, our team looks for alternatives for odor collection from other viable sources.
3. Search operation
After defining the service strategy and smelling article to be used, the search begins. The search ends according to what happens first: the 4-hour service time or the pet's location.
4. Payment
Regardless of the location or not of the pet, the search service was carried out, therefore, payment for our service is not conditioned to the location of the pet.
If there is any unforeseen circumstance that prevents the continuation of the search work, only the services provided so far will be charged.
AFTER SERVICE
1. Operational report
After completing the search, the team informs the family of the entire procedure performed and an operational report is sent.
2. Emotional Support
If requested, after the service, our psychologist will contact you to provide emotional support to the family.
This service is offered as a courtesy. Check availability in your country.
3. Invoice
Within a period of up to 48 hours after payment, a service invoice is issued to the customer and sent by email.
4. Support
In case the pet is not located during the search, our team suggests the most effective actions to be taken by the family.

My Pet Disappeared
First of all, if you want to find your lost pet you must act fast
Look for it near the house, then do a foot search around the nearest blocks or areas.
Place posters informing about your lost pet. Do not put too many details on the poster, use a recent and clear photo, your contact details and some characteristic that can differentiate your pet from other pets.
Share the poster on your social networks on the internet and on lost animal pages.
Get in touch with protectors, NGOs, petshops, canine day care centers and veterinary clinics in the region where you live to find out if your pet has not been picked up and sent to any of these places and for them to share your pet's poster.
Talk to your neighbors and tell them not to try to chase or corner your pet, usually the pet can be scared and feel threatened when noticing that there are people trying to catch it. Just ask them to let you know if your pet is seen, informing the location and direction the pet went.
DO NOT WAIT
Time is a determining factor in locating a missing pet. The sooner you start posting posters, distributing flyers and searching, the greater the chances of your pet returning home more quickly.
DON'T EXPOSE YOURSELF TOO MUCH
There are people who can use your information to commit some type of fraud and, often, most of this information is irrelevant to the location of your pet.
DO NOT GIVE UP
